This special medal of Our Lady is a rosy gold with a contrasting green gold border, all set in a 14k gold and diamond bezel. The image of Our Lady is hand etched and there is an inscription on the “Reine” which is a name translating to “Queen” or “Queen like” and the date October 15th 1899 dating this medal at 126 years.
