City of Angels Jewelry Reproduction Medal necklaces are reproductions of vintage devotional medals, and are hand cast in solid sterling silver, gold or rose gold.  While the sterling silver necklaces have been oxidized to "age" them, the color will both brighten and soften with frequent wear.  While wearing the medal regularly is the best and most natural way to keep it looking clean, wiping it gently with a soft cloth works too.
